Orders from Hecate's Pyxis are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates 

• Standard Shipping- $5.95
• Express Shipping- $15.00
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $70 

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hecatespyxis.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us at hello@hecatespyxis.com with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and item so we can help.
